Concrete - process
Concrete is cast in a mold made of wood, fiberglass or rubber - depending on the desired surface where the rubber form causes the most smooth and homogeneous surface.
After the concrete is poured into the mold it must be vibrated to compress the material before drying for approx. one day - and then the unit can be de-molded. The cast product must harden for approx. one month before it gains its full strength.
