For public settings, residential neighbourhoods and green oases. 700 of them can be seen on Prags Boulevard in Copenhagen.
The Amager Chair– was created through a neighbourhood revitalization project on Prags Boulevard, a grey, neglected part of Copenhagen. The end result was a long, narrow park inspired by the solid, raw nature of the site.
Resident dialogue and participation were important parts of the process. The result was a green, active boulevard with activity areas and 700 free-standing Amager chairs to be combined and moved around the boulevard as needed.
