Steel
We use two different types of steel: regular steel and stainless steel. Regular steel undergoes a hot-dip galvanizing process, resulting in a surface treatment of unparalleled strength and durability. The only change that occurs is a gradual dulling over time. Stainless steel either retains its raw structure or can be painted, depending on requirements. Our steel is 100% recyclable without any loss of mechanical properties upon recycling

Process
To protect against corrosion, we use stainless steel for all our bolts and screws. This ensures that our products can withstand the effects of time and maintain their strength. In hot-dip galvanization, the steel is immersed in a bath of molten zinc at a temperature of 460 degrees Celsius. This process provides protection against rust, making it suitable for outdoor use.
Stainless steel is produced by adding the element chromium to regular steel, which consists of iron and carbon. It must contain a minimum of 12% chromium to be defined as stainless steel. The steel components undergo a thorough cleaning in the washing tunnel, followed by the application of a zinc primer powder layer and a polyester top layer. We powder coat with primer + top color with a layer thickness ranging from 120-160 MY โ all our outdoor products are UV-resistant ‘facade quality

Maintenance
Our steel products undergo various treatments that offer different levels of protection and aesthetics. Hot-dip galvanized steel, the strongest surface treatment, boasts an extraordinarily long lifespan and undergoes minimal changes over time when exposed to weather conditions, gradually developing a slightly matte appearance. This type requires no maintenance and is easy to clean. Painted steel experiences only modest fading from the sun and remains unaffected by weather elements. It is also maintenance-free and easy to clean. Typically, our products are painted with a light texture and matte powder coating to achieve the best and most durable surface. Stainless steel can also remain untreated for many years, undergoing minimal changes over time. It is maintenance-free and easy to clean. However, it’s recommended to regularly wipe stainless steel to remove surface deposits such as air pollutants to maintain its shine
