Green urban spaces
The temporary areas were furnished with Loop Arc, which was transformed into planters. Combined with the standard Arc, a social and green recreational area was created.
The use of Loop Arc as a planter is a great example of how modular furniture can be utilized in new and creative ways to create multifunctional and sustainable urban spaces
Gehl Architects are working to design a future where people’s daily behavior positively contributes to climate challenges. In two temporary urban spaces in Copenhagen, Gehl and Out-sider have created areas where young people can meet, socialize, explore plant-based foods, and purchase healthy meals. The Loop Arc with its plants and herbs supported the project
